We have supplied Cu-minimum 40%Zn-others brass wire for EDM. According to our test, it had been achieved 85% of cutting speed of Zinc coated wire, and also it was faster 1.5-1.7 times than standard brass wire with 65%Cu-35%Zn. Moreover, it could be got a good result to cut the stainless steels. It's a good in place of Zinc coated wire with lower prices.
